Spark single-page sites are typically delivered within 7 business days. Flame multi-page sites take 10 to 14 business days. Blaze ecommerce stores take 14 to 21 business days depending on the number of products and customization needed.
If you already have a domain, we will connect it to your new site at no extra charge. If you need a new domain, we can register one for you. Domain registration is typically $10 to $15 per year and is billed separately.
For the Flame package, your site supports up to 10 products through direct payment links. For the Blaze package, your first 25 products are included. Any additional products can be added for $2 per product, or you can upload them yourself through your store dashboard.
If your hosting payment is past due, we will reach out with reminders. After 30 days of non-payment, your website will be temporarily deactivated. Once payment is made, your site will be reactivated. No data is lost during deactivation.
Yes. Small text or image updates are included with your hosting plan. For larger changes like adding new pages or features, we will provide a separate quote based on the scope of work.
Your $150 monthly fee covers hosting, SSL renewal, security patches, software updates, database optimization, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and small content updates. We keep your store running smoothly so you can focus on selling.
For Spark and Flame packages, the full amount is due before we begin building. For the Blaze package, we require a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining balance due before launch.
